Winston Hills (Sydney)
We live in Winston Hills NSW, and are going away for 12 days (23rd Dec to 4th Jan), but you would be welcome to stay as our guests for an extra couple of days on either side of those dates if it's more convenient We have a beautiful air-conditioned 2 storey home with a pool and all mod cons. I would be leaving my 3 dogs, who are real characters (a chihuahua 14yrs, a cavoodle 4 months and a bullmastiff 3yrs) and a 15 yr old himalayan cat, who is adored by everyone who meets him. They are all reasonably well trained. I have a cleaner who comes in every week, so you wouldn't need to do much in the way of housework. I have a lovely garden that would need a bit of water twice a week, My home backs on to a park, and is in a lovely leafy area, but less than 10min walk to Winston Hills Mall, and 100 metres from the bus to Parramatta, or 10 min walk to get the bus to the city, so is very convenient.

Central Coast
hi, we are looking for an active couple to housesit for a a three month period, between May and end of August. Our two bedroom home is in a very private position, surrounded by gardens, with views of he mountain cliffs above the Hawkesbury river. We are on 3 acres, one acre under gardens which is where the house is situated. The river is a picturesque 10 minute walk away. There is great fishing in the river. many fascinating trails and walks in the area, this was one of the first colonised for farming in the 1770's. It is a 20 minutes drive to Wiseman's Ferry which has many facilities such as bowling, golf, hotel, restaurants etc. one and a half hours drive to Sydney CBD. The house has air cond. wood fire, poolroom, internet access, outdoor entertainment areas and under cover parking for cars, caravans etc.
We have 4 deer, hens, 2 ducklings and an 15yr.old shepherd/labrador.
These animals require feeding and ensure fresh water at all times. The lawn will require cutting (ride on mower supplied) and the gardens need watering during dry spells. Hoses are on timers. Tank water is used and some understanding of tank water systems and maintenance would be an advantage. The property is currently well maintained. The house sit period is the time of least maintenance.
